Our client is a leading Healthcare company based in Dublin. They have established Sales & Marketing teams across Ireland, UK & more recently the US. Reporting to the Marketing Director, the aim of the Digital Marketing Manager is to effectively manage the full digital suite for the group including websites, e-commerce, social media platforms and e-detailing software in line with best practice. This role will be highly collaborative with all members of the marketing team. In conjunction with the Product Managers, you will assess the opportunity for Digital Marketing, across all divisions and brands. You will build an International digital marketing strategy and advise on digital tactics in line with brand and division objectives. You will advise the team and MD on future path for digital marketing in the company ensuring that the marketing team are at the cutting edge of Digital Marketing. Experience in the management of digital marketing agencies is essential. This is an International role (IRL/UK/USA) but will be based out of a Dublin office with some travel throughout the year. 5-7 years results driven digital marketing experience is essential with a leading agency or within a dedicated digital marketing team. Working within the eyecare or healthcare industry is a distinct advantage.
