A major Pharmaceutical company based in Dublin are currently looking to recruit a LIMS Project Analyst position.

Here's how this role will help:

  • Preparing and validating testing procedures in LabWare LIMS for the Development Laboroatory, which involves setting up analytical procedures that will be used in the QC laboratory for the analysis of new products (raw materials and finished products).
  • Set up new reports in the Development Laboratory to continue paperless system and recommend LIMS improvements to continously improve the Development Laboratory processes.
  • Resolution of LIMS issues in the day to day use of the system (LIMS Helpdesk).
  • Setting up of new equipment on LIMS, ensuring Development Laboroatory connectivity.
  • Recording and resolution of any validation deviations using LabWare Incident Management and Change Control module (IMCC).

Here are the minimum qualifications and essential functions for this position:

  • 3rd level qualification in related discipline
  • Minimum of 3 years’ Laboratory experience using LIMS on a day to day basis
  • Good working knowledge of laboratory testing processes and automation using various instruments (HPLC, GC, KF, FTIR etc)
  • Experience using Labware LIMS and Empower
  • Full understanding of cGMP requirements and various guidelines (GAMP5, ICH, EMEA)
