Our client is a leading Irish organisation, with very strong R&D and Innovation teams, who are based in Drogheda, Co. Louth. They are seeking an NPI Programme Manager to manage a team of 3 as well as drive innovation within the organisation. This is a maternity contract and would be the ideal role for a certified project manager from an NPI (New Product Introduction) background to advance their career in a fast-growing Irish organisation.
The NPI Programme Manager will be responsible for leading a cross-functional product team in a fast-growing organisation to deliver new products and formats. Working alongside a cross-functional, global team, they will aim to meet strategic objectives through the delivery of a programme of work with multiple projects running in parallel, managing the full project lifecycle from initial concept through to deployment, production and launch. They will be responsible for all schedules, budgets, resources, and deliverables for our clients Innovation and Renovation projects. They will manage the customer relationship at a senior stakeholder level and while they may have some day-to-day project delivery responsibility, they will typically be managing a small team of project managers. They will need knowledge of larger landscape without neglecting granular details while tracking project health and risk, resolving issues, maintaining standards and monitoring scope and project quality.
