This company is embarking on a project that aims to Transform its Source To Pay Landscape through the deployment of an integrated end to end solution. The Source To Pay Implementation Process Lead will be responsible for ensuring best practices are embedded in processes and that the solution is successfully adopted and optimized in order to deliver the operational excellence. This will involve a combination of design, deployment, and optimisation activities.



Responsibilities:

  • Design best practice processes for designated modules with SME stakeholders to ensure operational effectiveness and efficiency
  • Manage tasks and timelines for designated modules
  • Plan, manage, and conduct system testing and user acceptance testing
  • Help develop the go-live cutover plan and cutover execution
  • Experiment with system behaviour and configuration to support the company’s decisions on system configurations
  • Participate in and provide input to, the writing of design documents
  • Post deployment role - supporting use of the system
  • Answer stakeholder questions on how the system will support the business and technical requirements raised by all involved stakeholder departments
  • Validate that master data and application configuration data functions as desired
  • Identify, escalate, resolve project issues
  • Catalogue, Tender, Contract and Supplier network enablement and optimization
  • Approve supplier communications and education materials to be shared with suppliers



  • 4 or more years’ experience of implementation of source to pay Solutions such as SAP Ariba or Coupa
  • Diploma or Honours University Degree in Business, IT or Procurement.
  • Procurement experience is preferred
  • Lean Six Sigma/Project Management experience
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel Skills
  • Working knowledge of SAP, Salesforce.com is beneficial

  • Excellent analytical, attention to detail and communication skills
  • Work across multiple IT system applications
