Our client is a leading Pharmaceutical Organisation who are currently seeking a QA Compliance Manager to join their high performing Quality team in Cork. The successful person will have responsibility for the quality assurance compliance activities supporting our clients drug product manufacturing operation and coordination of QA support for their NPI programme in one of their manufacturing facilities that is based in Cork. Our client will consider people who are QP qualified or on the way to QP qualification. A very attractive role for someone to take the next step in their career.

• Manage the QA Compliance Department, coaching and developing your team to ensure the highest quality service is delivered
• Build and maintain a strong robust Quality culture
• Implementation, Management and Development of QA activities including GMP documentation, training and associated systems; ISOtrain Training Systems; Auditing programs; Exception Systems and Change Control Activities
• Partner with both internal and external auditory bodies to ensure all inspection activities are supported in a professional and efficient manner
• Manage the Review process and implement Annual Quality Plans across the site
• Partner with the Business Excellence Manager to deliver all QA projects related to driving process and systems improvements
• Ensure the site meets all appropriate Quality Standards
• Manage and deliver all QA activities related to New Product Introduction to the site
• Support review of manufactured batches as required

Education & Experience:
• Degree in science and/or quality assurance
• You will have QP status or be in the process for achieving it
• 5 years + experience in a similar quality environment in the pharma field
• 2 + years’ experience in auditing
• People management experience is preferred
• 20% travel with this role
