Quality Documentation and Training Specialist
Our client, an Irish based scientific solutions provider are currently recruiting for a Quality Documentation and Training Specialist to join their team on a permanent basis. You will assist with maintaining the quality and training functions partnering closely with all departments in the company and will report directly into the Quality Manager.

Responsibilities
• Maintain and develop Quality Control documentation and Standard Operating Procedures
• Liaise with staff and customers with respect to documentation requirements, including pre-site protocol documentation
• Review Training Process and develop Training Needs Analysis
• Coordinate and schedule training courses both internally and externally
• Work with Health and Safety Team and Subject Matter Experts to generate Method Statement/ Risk Assessment Documentation
• Ongoing responsibility for ensuring that the requirements of ISO 9001 and ISO 17025 (INAB) and are met
• Complete internal audits as part of an Audit Team, assist Quality Manager with audit scheduling and performance
• Assist with all external audits by certification bodies, accreditation bodies and customers
• Be pro-actively involved with future development in all departments particularly relating to ISO 14001 (Environmental) and ISO 45001 (Health and Safety) Certification

Requirements
• Degree in Life Sciences
• ISO 9001 Quality Standard experience with knowledge of ISO 17025, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001
• Background in Quality Assurance/ Quality Control/ Training/ Technical/ Scientific/ Engineering
• Proficient in Microsoft Office particularly Microsoft Word and Excel
• Excellent organisational, communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent attention to detail with a positive attitude
• Be able to work under pressure, independently and within short time constraints
• Be able to maintain confidentiality of information
• Be ambitious to identify new business opportunities and develop into other areas of support
• Be a creative thinker
• Be able to prioritise work
