Services:- Contingency Search - This is the most popular form of recruitment where we seek out, screen and shortlist appropriate candidates for a permanent position. Once the candidate is placed and starts work a fee becomes payable. Should the candidate leave within a specified guarantee period, we will backfill the position or offer a refund if this is not possible, the level of which depends on the time elapsed since the engagement of the candidate. Essentially the ‘no win, no fee' model.
- Premium Search - This is similar to the contingency model, i.e you pay no fees up-front; however in exchange for a short period of resourcing exclusivity on the position (usually 2 weeks), we focus all our resources on filling that position and can offer a discount on fees. This model is now very popular as it allows employers to get a premium service at reduced cost.
