Theatre Sales Specialist

Theatre Sales related to the selling of medical devices and equipment into the surgical units of hospitals. Generally candidates are based on Territory and are responsible for sales growth with an initial focus on the key centres for Theatres and Operating Rooms.

Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Selling a leading clinical portfolio of products into the acute hospital theatres and operating rooms
  • Working as part of a team towards objectives as agreed with the Sales Manager
  • Understanding product application in relation to the healthcare market
  • Participate in any special projects that may help the business, as directed by the Regional Sales Manager
  • Maintain a constant awareness of competitor activity
  • Manage weekly/quarterly plan and review of objectives and results
Basic Requirements:
  • Registered Nurse/ Clinical education with 3+ years commercial experience, strong business acumen and a track record in sales would be a distinct advantage
  • OR - An Experience medical device sales rep with experience in Operating Room/Surgical/Theatre sales
  • A genuine understanding of the health care service
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Proven attention to detail and follow through
  • A clean, full driving license
